Prospects for International Co-operation in Food, Agriculture, Fisheries and Biotechnologies Research
International Panels discussions
Three international panels will discuss the main challenges to be addressed in Food, Agriculture, Fisheries and
Biotechnologies research, under Call FP7-KBBE-5. Each panel will include a short introduction by the EC, illustrating
how these challenges will be addressed via FP7 research in Call FP7-KBBE-5. The panellists from Third countries
will present their views on how international co-operation could contribute to address, better and faster, these global
challenges. A discussion will conclude each panel.
The session will be concluded by the presentation of the Global Alliance on Animal Health research.
